Originally from Mexico, Paula currently calls Portland, OR, home sweet home. She thrives on bringing her diverse language skills and international experiences into her work as an Associate Consultant with the Portland practice. A perpetual traveler and avid foodie, Paula is always planning the next adventure or exploring new restaurants. Whether conquering board games, tackling hikes, or orchestrating events for friends, she thrives in dynamic environments. Paula is a people person through and through, and finds joy in forming meaningful connections both in and outside of work. With experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, she loves learning and embracing new challenges. Paula holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is passionate about global perspectives and enriching her versatile approach to problem-solving.
